01Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, hosting, email, domain and related services provided by WebVue s.a.l. ("WebVue", "we", "us"). By creating an account, buying a plan or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you're using WebVue on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to accept these Terms for that company.

02Your account

To use most services you'll need an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and take responsibility for activity under your account.

• Keep your password and credentials confidential and secure.
• Notify us promptly at security@webvue.com.lb of any unauthorised use.
• You must be at least 18, or have authority to enter this agreement.

03Acceptable use

You're free to build almost anything on WebVue. To keep the platform safe and reliable for everyone, you agree not to use our services to:

• Host or distribute unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, including malware and phishing.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk email, or violate anti-spam laws.
• Attempt to breach security, disrupt the network, or access accounts that aren't yours.
• Consume resources in a way that degrades service for other customers.

Serious or repeated breaches may result in suspension or termination, with notice wherever possible.

04Plans, billing & renewals

Paid services are billed in advance on the term you choose — monthly or annual. We believe in honest pricing:

• No surprise renewals — the price you sign up at is the price you renew at, unless we tell you otherwise in advance.
• Plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location and are shown at checkout.
• Domain registrations are non-refundable but remain yours to manage and transfer.

05Money-back guarantee & cancellation

Most hosting plans are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If WebVue isn't right for you, cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund of the plan fee — no questions asked. Domain fees and certain add-ons are excluded.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your services continue until the end of the paid term, and we'll help you export your data on the way out.

06Your content & backups

Your content stays yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, back up and serve it on your behalf. You're responsible for having the rights to the content you host.

We provide automatic backups as a convenience and take security seriously, but you remain responsible for keeping your own independent copies of critical data.

07Service levels & availability

We target 99.9% uptime and back it with a written SLA on eligible plans. Planned maintenance is announced in advance, and our public status page reflects real-time service health. Where we fall short of our SLA, eligible customers can claim service credits as described in the plan terms.

08Warranties & liability

Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided "as is" without other warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data, except where the law doesn't allow such limits.

09Changes, governing law & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify you by email or in your dashboard before they take effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut.
