What you get

Email that just works, on your name.

Everything a small team needs from email, and nothing it does not.

Mail on your domain

Every address on your own domain, with aliases and shared addresses like info@ and sales@.

Calendar and contacts

Shared calendars and a company address book, synced to phones and laptops.

Read receipts and templates

See when a message is opened, and send repeated replies from a saved template.

Apps for phones

iOS and Android apps, plus standard IMAP if your team prefers Outlook or Apple Mail.

Spam and virus filtering

Inbound filtering that keeps junk out without swallowing real enquiries.

Correct DNS from day one

SPF, DKIM and DMARC set properly, so your mail lands in inboxes.

Migration

We move your old mail across.

Your existing messages, folders and contacts are copied into Titan before we change anything. Both systems stay live during the switch, and we check every mailbox before closing the old one.

  • Mail, folders and contacts copied over
  • Aliases and forwarders recreated
  • Devices reconnected with your team
  • Old provider kept live until you are happy
Plans

Two tiers, priced per mailbox.

Take the standard mailbox for most of the team and the larger one for people who never delete anything.

Titan Standard

Everyday email for most of your team.

  • Mailbox on your domain
  • Webmail and mobile apps
  • Calendar and contacts
  • Spam and virus filtering

Licensing is billed monthly per mailbox. Ask us for a quote based on your headcount.
